2006-09-01: A Date To Remember

Today is a big date for me and my new diet.

The initial goal was to loose over 20 pounds. On the scale at the gym, the magic number was 22!!!

, 22 pounds since I started in early July after our vacation in southern California.

Let see where I go from here...

Since you mention the gym, I'm guessing you also included exercise.

Just cutting on the carbs (pasta,rice,french fries), replacing the junk food with health snacks (fruits), and a lot of salads with light dressing.
And the most important: Still having a nice lunch or dinner with friends, once in a while.
